We've redesigned the Analytics menu to give you more control and flexibility. Whether you want to customize everything yourself or use our smart presets, it is now faster and easier than ever. Here’s a quick overview of the changes.

Analytics and Dashboards, now in one place

LOOQME Hub used to have two different pages: Analytics and Dashboards. Both offered valuable insights, but the layout and structure were not aligned, which meant users had to spend extra time switching between them. To make things simpler and faster, we have combined these pages into one streamlined interface that is clear and easy to navigate.

The new Analytics section includes three tabs:

• General Analytics
• Social Media Analytics
• Media Analytics

Users can analyze data by source — social or traditional media — or get a complete overview.

The charts have also been refined for better clarity and interpretation.

Three ready-made presets for different use cases

To help users get started quickly, we’ve created three automatic chart presets tailored to different analytical tasks:

• Competitor Analysis. Includes charts such as mention volume and trends, share of voice, sentiment by keyword and source type, top mentions by source, and top-performing sources.
• Crisis Monitoring. Features visualizations that show the dynamics of mentions and sentiment, media coverage across different tiers, top mentions, and more.
• Newsbreak. Covers all mentions related to specific keywords, their sentiment, audience reach by source, reach trends, and commonly used words.

In addition to the presets, users can create fully customized charts. Depending on your goals, you can include any parameters or metrics within an unlimited number of custom templates.
